2. Eligibility

• By using Yumates, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Yumates reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through the Yumates Platform.
• Prices shown include applicable service fees and taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Yumates does not guarantee availability of listing until booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Yumates Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
• Different properties may have different cancellation rules.

6. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

• Provide accurate listing information, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and legal compliance of the property.
• Honor confirmed bookings.
• Comply with local laws, taxes, and regulations.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Use properties responsibly and respectfully.
• Follow house rules provided by the host.
• Avoid illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities.
• Be liable for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Fees & Taxes

• Yumates may charge service fees to guests.
• Hosts are responsible for applicable local taxes unless Yumates explicitly collects them.
• Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Reviews & Content

• Users may post reviews and content based on genuine experiences.
• Content must not be misleading, abusive, defamatory, or illegal.
• Yumates reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Bypass the Yumates payment system.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse Platform data.
• Harass or discriminate against other users.

11. Disclaimers

• Yumates is a facilitator and is not responsible for the conduct of hosts or guests.
• Yumates does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses arising from stays, cancellations, or disputes between users.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yumates harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

Yumates may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms
